Caffeine and coffee are commonly utilized by athletes to improve performance. The goal of this research was to see how acute coffee and caffeine anhydrous ingestion affected strength and sprint performance. COF and CAF had no better results than PLA in terms of strength, although both groups had identical sprint power decreases. For high-intensity exercise, coffee and caffeine anhydrous may be effective pre-exercise caffeine sources.
